This includes but is not limited to losses, damages, accidents, delays, cancellations, or misinformation caused by the hotel provider. We are not liable for the health, safety, or comfort of guests during or after their stay. Any inaccurate or misleading information provided by the hotel is beyond our accountability.


Governing Laws:

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under it fall under the jurisdiction of the U.S. courts.


Maximum Liability:

Our maximum liability is limited to the refund of the booking fee received by StayEasy Hotels for the hotel reservation. We are committed to providing fair redress in accordance with these terms.


Cancellation Charges:

StayEasy Hotels enforces cancellation fees based on the type of hotel reservation. For domestic stays, a cancellation fee of up to $300 per guest may apply, while for extended domestic packages, the fee can reach $600 per guest. For international hotel bookings, cancellation fees may be up to $500 per guest for short stays and up to $1000 per guest for full packages. These fees apply under the outlined policies and serve as guidance for guests navigating the cancellation process.

Fees are charged as per the booking terms and conditions, ensuring clarity for all guests before they proceed with cancellations.


StayEasy Hotels Terms & Restrictions:

All reservations made through StayEasy Hotels are subject to specific terms and restrictions. These include cancellation and refund procedures which all guests must follow. It is important to review and understand these rules before making a booking.


StayEasy Hotels bears no responsibility for:

- Any incidents, losses, damages, malfunctions, irregularities, delays, cancellations, or subpar services resulting from hotel operations or circumstances beyond their control.

- The guest’s personal health, safety, or well-being during or after their hotel stay.

- Any inaccuracies in details or commitments made directly by the hotel.

- This agreement follows U.S. law, and any disputes will be handled in U.S. courts.

StayEasy Hotels’ maximum liability is limited to refunding the reservation fee paid for the hotel booking.


StayEasy Hotels as a facilitator:

Terms and restrictions, including cancellations and refunds, set by StayEasy Hotels apply to bookings made on our platform.

StayEasy Hotels functions as a facilitator for guests to confirm hotel reservations, with the Guest and the hotel provider being the primary parties in the service agreement.

StayEasy Hotels reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings and room allocations if required, without liability for losses caused, as we do not control hotel operations.

Different hotels under the same booking may apply varying limits, services, and pricing.


Provider Independence:

StayEasy Hotels acknowledges that hotel providers may amend or cancel reservations or adjust check-in/check-out times without prior notification. As a facilitator, StayEasy Hotels is not responsible for any direct or consequential losses caused by such operational changes, as we have no authority over hotel logistics.


Diverse Hotel Providers:

Different hotels included under the same booking may apply their own rules, limits, and prices. Guests are encouraged to review each hotel’s terms carefully to fully understand the conditions of their chosen stay.


Baggage & Stay Policies:

StayEasy Hotels highlights that baggage policies, check-in rules, and add-on services vary by provider. Some bookings may be limited to “room-only” offers, while others may include meals or additional services at an extra cost. Guests are encouraged to check directly with the hotel for full details.


Guest Responsibilities:
