We are dedicated to providing reliable and transparent services for your vacations, getaways, and travel plans. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and rebookings are managed to ensure clarity and peace of mind.

1. General Cancellation Policy

1.1 Standard Cancellation Charges

  • 10% of the total booking cost: If canceled 60 days or more before departure.
  • 25% of the total booking cost: If canceled between 31–60 days before departure.
  • 50% of the total booking cost: If canceled between 15–30 days before departure.
  • 100% of the booking cost: If canceled less than 15 days before departure.

1.2 Non-Refundable Services

Certain bookings cannot be refunded, including but not limited to:

  • Promotional or discounted deals
  • Last-minute reservations
  • Non-refundable flight tickets or hotel stays
  • Excursions, tours, or add-on activities booked through our platform

2. Holiday Package Bookings

2.1 How to Cancel

Please notify our support team via email at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure to request a cancellation.

2.2 Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued according to the cancellation charges listed above. Any third-party service fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.

3. Cruise Bookings

3.1 Cruise Cancellation Charges

  • 5% of the booking cost: If canceled 90 days or more before departure.
  • 15% of the booking cost: If canceled between 61–90 days before departure.
  • 50% of the booking cost: If canceled between 31–60 days before departure.
  • 100% of the booking cost: If canceled less than 30 days before departure (non-refundable).

3.2 How to Cancel

Cruise cancellations must be requested by email at least 72 hours before your scheduled sailing.

3.3 Refunds

Refunds for cruise bookings will follow the cancellation charges above. Additional fees from cruise operators may also be deducted.

4. Disney Vacations

4.1 Disney Cancellation Charges

  • 10% of the booking cost: If canceled 45 days or more before departure.
  • 25% of the booking cost: If canceled between 30–45 days before departure.
  • 50% of the booking cost: If canceled between 15–29 days before departure.
  • 100% of the booking cost: If canceled less than 14 days before departure (non-refundable).

4.2 How to Cancel

Please contact our customer service team via email or phone at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds for Disney vacation bookings will follow the policy above. Third-party vendor charges, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund.

5. Special Cases

5.1 Medical Emergencies

If a cancellation is due to medical reasons, you may submit valid medical documentation. Refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5.2 Force Majeure Events

In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, ConfirmBookings reserves the right to cancel bookings. In such cases, we will provide either a full refund or an alternative booking option.
