We are committed to offering clear, reliable, and flexible services for your hotel stays, packages, and travel plans. This Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and modifications are handled to ensure transparency and peace of mind.

1. General Cancellation Policy

1.1 Standard Cancellation Charges

  • 10% of the total booking value: If canceled 60 days or more before check-in.
  • 25% of the total booking value: If canceled between 31–60 days before check-in.
  • 50% of the total booking value: If canceled between 15–30 days before check-in.
  • 100% of the booking value: If canceled less than 15 days before check-in.

1.2 Non-Refundable Reservations

Certain bookings are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Special promotional or discounted rates
  • Last-minute hotel deals
  • Advance purchase or non-refundable rooms
  • Additional services such as tours, activities, or transfers booked through our platform

2. Package Bookings

2.1 How to Cancel

Guests must notify our support team by email at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled check-in to request a cancellation.

2.2 Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation charges outlined above. Any partner or supplier service fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.

3. Resort Bookings

3.1 Resort Cancellation Charges

  • 5% of the booking value: If canceled 90 days or more before check-in.
  • 15% of the booking value: If canceled between 61–90 days before check-in.
  • 50% of the booking value: If canceled between 31–60 days before check-in.
  • 100% of the booking value: If canceled less than 30 days before check-in (non-refundable).

3.2 How to Cancel

Resort cancellations must be submitted via email at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date.

3.3 Refunds

Refunds for resort stays will be processed in line with the above charges. Additional resort operator fees, if any, may be deducted.

4. Theme Park Vacations

4.1 Theme Park Cancellation Charges

  • 10% of the booking value: If canceled 45 days or more before travel.
  • 25% of the booking value: If canceled between 30–45 days before travel.
  • 50% of the booking value: If canceled between 15–29 days before travel.
  • 100% of the booking value: If canceled less than 14 days before travel (non-refundable).

4.2 How to Cancel

Please contact our guest service team by phone or email at least 48 hours before your planned arrival.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds for theme park vacation packages will follow the above cancellation rules. Any additional vendor fees will be deducted before issuing refunds.

5. Special Considerations

5.1 Medical Emergencies

If you need to cancel due to medical reasons, you may provide official medical documentation. Refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5.2 Force Majeure Events

In unavoidable situations such as natural disasters or government restrictions, StayEasy Hotels reserves the right to cancel reservations. In such cases, guests will be offered either a full refund or an alternative booking.
