Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation via email/SMS.By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to the cancellation and refund terms.
Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Refund depends on time before pickup:
Cancellation Time Before Pickup Refund Amount -
More than 24 hours 100% refund.
12 – 24 hours 75% refund.
6 – 12 hours 50% refund
Less than 6 hours No refund
👉 This structure is widely used by rental companies (e.g., full refund if cancelled early, zero refund for last-minute/no-show).
Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided if:
Customer fails to show up at pickup time.
Required documents are not provided.
Customer is under the influence (alcohol/drugs).
Cancellation is made at the last minute (within restricted window) .
Early Returns
No refund will be provided for unused rental time after vehicle pickup.
Modification / Rescheduling
Changes allowed 24–48 hours before pickup.
Late changes may incur a modification or cancellation fee.
Company-Initiated Cancellation
If the company cancels due to:
Vehicle unavailability.
Operational issues Customer will receive Full refund, OR Alternative vehicle (same category or upgrade).
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
Amount is credited to the original payment method .
Security Deposit Refund
Refundable deposit (if applicable) is returned within 3–7 days after trip completion
Deductions may apply for:-
👉 Damage.
👉 Traffic violations.
👉 Late return.
Important Notes
Convenience/platform fees may be non-refundable.
Once the trip has started, no refunds are applicable.
